On April 30, 2007, Kim Kardashian settled in court with Vivid Entertainment, an adult video distributor, who will pay $1 million to an unidentified source for the video and $5 million to Kim Kardashian. Vivid plans to stop sale and distribution of the sex tape by the end of May 2007.
