The lovely daughter of Shatrughan Sinha is no giggly teenager. She wanted a debut film with a meaty role in it. So when she was approached for Dabangg, she refused flatly. Even though it was a Salman Khan starrer. I guess Salman wanted her badly so he must have made changes in the script and increased her role. It was only then that Sonakshi gave her nod for the film.

Sonakshi was a fat slob (comparatively speaking) when she walked the ramp in the fashion world. It was Salman who coaxed her to lose 30 kgs and we see the slim-trim girl today.


Ah! The advantages of being born in a filmy family! I doubt it if salman would have been so insistent on getting Sonakshi to sign on the dotted line if she had not been Shatrughan Sinha's daughter. It adds to the value of the film, you see.

She is Punjabi and a Delhi girl with some experience in theatre. (So she says).She is a newcomer and she appeared in Mallika and managed to generate interest for the movies as well. How? Because she is sexy. Her pics in the media and the Internet drew a lot of eyeballs. Check out the images below. They grab your attention. The lady has nice legs.
